Purpose
The purpose of the Peel Hunger Relief Network is to ensure inclusive, coordinated and effective collaboration among all relevant stakeholders involved in the collection and distribution of food to those experiencing hunger in Peel. Also to provide a platform to address the sector’s needs and priorities as they evolve.
Our goal also is to use the Network to share with all our members resources for addressing and advocating, and raising public awareness, on the many issues that impact people affected by food insecurity including affordable housing, accessible childcare and social assistance, affordable transportation, education, and health related costs.

We are a network dealing with Food Security in the Region of Peel.
The Peel Food Map contains links to current food programs available to support the community during COVID-19 and is updated to include changes to the Peel Food Map related to COVID-19 EMERGENCY PLANNING which includes the safe re-opening of spaces.
