The purpose of the Peel Hunger Relief Network is to ensure inclusive, coordinated and effective collaboration among all relevant stakeholders involved in the collection and distribution of food to those experiencing hunger in Peel. Also to provide a platform to address the sector’s needs and priorities as they evolve.
Our goal in this New Year is to use the Network to share with all our members resources for addressing and advocating, and raising public awareness, on the many issues that impact people affected by food insecurity including affordable housing, accessible childcare and social assistance, affordable transportation, education, and health related costs.
